Ranch House

This project included analysis of the existing conditions and making recommendations for the most prudent and cost-effective way to re-roof the historic ranch house.  It also included producing construction bidding documents and providing contract administration.

Oliver Lee Memorial State Park

Comfort Station 

This project included analysis of the existing conditions and making recommendations for the most prudent and cost-effective way to re-roof the Comfort Station.  In addition it included the design and installation of a three-panel solar hot water system to be compatible with the existing domestic hot water system as well as the existing radiant floor heat system.  The project also included producing construction bid documents and contract providing administration.
